1. Neutral Position

a. Stance
Attack. Square. Head position. Level Change.

b. Hand Fighting/ Hand Fighting Theory.
Setting up Inside control.  Working Toward Angles. Clear Hands/elbows. Snaps. Heavy on the Head.

Four Breakdowns to covering hips/keeping hips down.

4. Tight Waist Ankle Drive.

Feet on the Inside/Knees on the Outside. Hip Pressure.
Inside Wrist Control through cross Hand Fighting.
Arm Bar through reverse cross face.

b. Basic Pins.
Half/Far Wrist.

Crusher technique.

Power Half Technique.

Reverse Half.

Arm Bar/ Far Wrist.

Cross Face Cradle.


c. Tilts
Tilt.
Tilt from Standing.

  • Always fight. Never give up anything especially your fighting spirit.
  • Reflect on the warriors code before engaging in any wrestling.
  • Practice Good Sportsmanship. Shake your opponent’s hand before and after wrestling.
  • Challenge your practice partners to have good workouts.
  • Thank your coaches and practice partners for good workouts.
